UI update
Led group that updated both apps to look more in line with iOS7. This included working with the Designer to identify the most critical updates to the apps look and feel and executing the agreed upon design given a very tight release schedule.
Main screen
Update both the iPhone and iPad apps to use UICollectionViews greatly simplifying layout code. Also worked to improve scrolling speed by downloading and resizing images in a background thread.
Recommendations
Added API infrastructure to the apps to support the new Recommendations feature in the app.
